Our Tropicakes Rainforest Rum Cakes are custom created from scratch using the highest quality natural ingredients from Costa Rica.

Our recipes are unique and designed to provide the richest, most flavorful rum cakes; integrating the best Costa Rican ingredients.  The cakes are created and baked at Spoon, one of San Jose's leading bakeries.  The cakes are then vacuum packed and boxed for distribution to our Costa Rica based retail partners and for online orders worldwide.  The vacuum packaging and industrial strength box seal protect the cake offering a shelf life for up to 1 year.
