We take great pride in slowly and carefully crafting our Costa Rica Rainforest Rum Cakes. We blend a mix of natural ingredients with the finest Costa Rica Rums and Coffees to create our incredibly rich flavorful desert, holiday and gift cakes.
Each cake is made from scratch in our modern San Jose, Costa Rica bakery. Once baked and cooled, the cakes are then vacuum wrapped in an airtight package to preserve its fresh natural flavor. This airtight seal allows for a shelf life for up to one year in normal temperatures and up to two years if frozen.
Each Rum Cake is a generous 33-ounce wonder, baked to perfection resulting in a beautiful bundt cake style presentation. Fine Costa Rican rums are used in every Costa Rican Rum Cake we bake. However, during the baking process the actual alcohol evaporates leaving a distinct rum flavor, but no actual alcohol in the final product.
